By virtue of Ministerial Order No. 00265/CAB.MIN/MINES/01/2026 of April 30, 2026, issued by the Ministry of Mines of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, NOVATERA holds the official authorization enabling it to engage in the purchasing, marketing, and facilitation of transactions involving gold derived from artisanal mining.
Our company conducts its operations in strict accordance with current mining legislation and international standards applicable to the natural resources sector, guaranteeing operational traceability, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the development of commercial relationships founded upon trust and integrity.
